Its 2 hours before the session. Half the characters aren't written, and the ones that are have spelling errors and marmalade stains. One of the writers hasn't shown up, and there's 7 too many players already entered. The room is too small and some of the props are missing.
And if you don't produce a working freeform before the next sessions starts, the orgs have threatened to beat you to a pulp and extract all the lost session fees out of you in any way they can.
