The Great Australian Dingo Fence - bane to all canids in this harsh, desolate land. That side: prosperity. This side: starvation. The grass is greener, the sheep are plumper. How will you get to the other side?

A one session GURPS game for four dingoes, presented by Wile E. Coyote Productions. Across the Fence is the sequel to the acclaimed Dingo Capers 1: "I Didn't Do It!", as seen at FauxCon I.

The Green Bottle Adventure

It lay glistening on the grass.

Where did it come from? Who did it belong to? Were they looking for it even now? Or were they unaware of their loss, walking on oblivious to that they had left behind? Did they need it? Will they be in desperate trouble without it? How could you return it? How could you prevent their needless suffering?

Bright, lustrous, green.

It is almost empty. What does it contain? A cure? A poison? Will its owner die without it? It has no lid, no way to prevent loss of the vital fluid. Perhaps its power is not in the liquid, but in the container. Perhaps its life-giving qualities are bestowed by some reaction between it and whatever it contains. Perhaps its value lies in its particular qualities independent of whatever may be inside it.

Crystalline, like glass, yet it is not glass.

Perhaps it no longer had an owner. It wasn't there yesterday. Maybe tomorrow it will be gone again. Who could say? Maybe it was meant for you. Maybe some higher agency is at work here. Maybe with its aid, you are now destined for some greater purpose!

Seductive curving lines, just like a Coke bottle.

What if it were placed here deliberately? What if it were positioned on this exact spot in your front yard specifically? Should you pick it up? Should you even touch it?

like a rabbit in headlights
but, sometimes, just sometimes,
they come back...
